Although 98% of our orders ship out on the same day, we do run low on some items, and those orders may take an extra day or two before being shipped. We stock a full inventory of thousands of items. All estimated arrival times are just that, estimates. We do not guarantee shipping arrival time. Please note that OEM sales are final and we reserve the right to refuse return on non defective items. All defective OEM units are covered under their original manufacturer's warranty and should be processed through the manufacturer. Please note that OEM items are special order and as such are subject to the manufacturers return policies.
